SEARCH procedure :

A detailed questionnaire is filled out to determine the range of properties to search and establish the characteristics of your research.

A search mandate is signed up for three months, renewable if necessary.

We investigate throroughly real market offers (private individuals and professionals) of the definded area through :

- ads. - specialized real estate publications, - numerous Web sites...

You are regularly informed about our searches by means of reports on selected properties visited before-hand.

 

According to your availability, we organize requested visits, even your stay on recommendation.

 

When the ideal property is identified, we draft the purchase offer to the owner or his estate agent.

 

Our mission is accomplished after the signature of the preliminary binding contract ; however,  we attend you until the signature of the authentic act. We hold useful service providers (banks, notary, movers and storage, insurance, constructors, craftsmen...) at your benefit.

   Transaction fees :

Due if the search is succesfull, leading to a purchase.

6,90% maximum, (a minimum of 4 000€) based on the transaction amount, payable upon signature of the title deed by the notary.
